Standard Handbook Package ($385)—Includes those policies and provisions any organization should have at a minimum, such as at-will employment, arbitration, anti-harassment, equal opportunity, standards of conduct and compensation policies. This package is geared toward employers who are seeking their first employee handbook. |

Select Handbook Package ($525)—Includes all policies and provisions in the Standard Handbook Package plus your choice of additional policies based on your organization’s specific needs. You may submit to us any existing policies for inclusion. This package is designed for larger employers and for customizing an existing handbook. | |
